• Arrival to be no earlier than 4:30pm on day of booking. This allows us to prepare your cottage for you. Premises to be vacated by 10am on day of leaving.
• Bookings are provisional until the payment of a £100 deposit is received. This deposit is over and above the weekly cost of the cottage, and will be returnable within 7 working days from the time of departure. In the case of cancellation or damage the deposit will be forfeit. In light of this, you may want to consider insurance with holiday insurers such as Guest First
• Deposits must be received within 5 working days of the provisional booking and the total amount for booking the cottage must be settled 1 month prior to the arrival date. If the sum is not settled in time we reserve the right to re-let the cottage.
• All charges are inclusive of VAT and there are no extra charges beyond the advertised payments (deposit and booking fee).
• No Smoking on the premises. This is in accordance with Scottish Law and the rules on smoking in public places.
• We regret no pets are allowed on the premises either.
• It may be necessary for the owners to gain access to the property. In the event of such an occurrence as much forewarning will be given guests as possible
• In the unlikely event of anti-social, disturbing or illegal behaviour, we reserve the right to ask you to leave. In such situations you will not be entitled to a refund.
• Visitors are required to leave the premises and furniture in the condition it was upon arrival. In the event of breakages or damage please notify the proprietors as soon as possible. The cost of damage is to be borne by the parties concerned, and will be deductible from the deposit.
